Overview

At UCSC, online courses are just like their face-to-face equivalents. Students are challenged, encouraged to think deeply, and expected to perform undergraduate university-level work.

Joining High School Summer Online means: 

  • Engaging in undergraduate college classes online, either synchronously or asynchronously, alongside UCSC students, students from other colleges, and high school peers.
  • Earning academic credits that transfer to future colleges or universities, or even back to high school.

Dates:

  • Session 1 classes run from June 24 - July 26
  • Session 2 classes run from July 29 - August 30

  2. Register. Even if you took summer classes at UC Santa Cruz last year, all visiting students must register annually to enroll in classes
