Students must be enrolled in the summer session term for which they are applying to live in university housing.

Off-Campus Housing:

Community Rentals is UCSC’s official off-campus housing information source. Explore the website for resources to help your search, including off-campus rental listings and student sublets, a free Renters Workshop, sample rental application packet, and more. Summer Session students who plan to live off-campus should look for housing in April and May before student subletters leave the local area. Visit the site here.
