How to Enroll: Alumni

You are alumni if: 

• You graduated from UCSC.

As part of UCSC’s Summer Session, alumni can choose from hundreds of courses offered by in person and online. Even though you graduated from UCSC, you still need to register as a visiting student to activate your account for the summer.

Next steps

• Register as a visiting student (open April 1).
• Check out the summer courses by department to find what appeals to you.
• Visit Class Search after March 15 for course details, including days/times that work for your schedule.
• Enroll starting May 2 at 9.m. Contact summer@ucsc.edu if you have any questions.

Costs

• Tuition is billed per credit, plus the mandatory campus fee. Calculate your costs using the Visiting Students section on our fees page.

Discount

• No tuition discounts for alumni. Alumni are not eligible for the Pay for Only 10 program.
