Summer Academy students take 2 courses for a total of up to 7 credits over the course of the program:

There are several sections of STEV 26 - pick the one that works best for your schedule. Easy to change later, too.
|Navigating the Research University explores critical engagement in education at research universities with a special emphasis for incoming frosh. The course introduces ways to make the most of academic life and investigates strategies for clarifying educational goals and devising a plan for success here at UCSC. This course is required to participate in the First Year Academy. Academy students must remain enrolled in this course to receive the exclusive 25% off Summer Academy tuition discount.|

Once you have registered for Summer Academy and have received your UCSC Gold and Blue passwords via email, login to my.ucsc.edu to add/drop summer classes in your cart. Click here to see video tutorials on how to search for and enroll in courses.
