Refunds

The drop transaction must be completed at my.ucsc.edu before the refund process can begin. This applies to all students who have enrolled for summer courses, including financial aid recipients. The $25 registration fee is non-refundable. After Sunday, June 28, the $235 campus fee is non-refundable as well. Refunds are processed 21 business days after the drop transaction. Refund deadlines are shown on the Calendar. Please keep your mailing address up to date on my.ucsc.edu so that bills and refunds are sent to your most current address.

  • Check & eCheck Refund - If your summer fees were paid by check or eCheck (via SallieMae), your refund will be mailed to your mailing address unless you have set up direct deposit. If you are a UCSC student continuing in the Fall Quarter, after mid-August, your refund will be applied to your Fall Fees.
